Roanoke, Virginia was the home of the 2006 BG US Challenge presented by FORTUNE. The competition was intense as 47 teams competed to win the final 10 places at December’s World Team Challenge in Malta.

Congratulations to the St Jude ‘Reality All Stars’ team, whose exceptional teamwork and inventive strategy ensured they took home the trophy at this year’s Challenge.

Special mention must also be made of other trophy winners for their outstanding efforts including; Washington Group International (Team 7) Best Mixed Team, Carilion Health Systems (Team 18) Most Sporting Team, Bechtel (Team 33) Best Team Fundraisers, BG Group (Teams 2&48) Best Corporate Fundraisers, Infocision Management Corp (Team 8) IT Cup, Cisco Systems Capital (Team 30) Snail Trophy.

The BG US Challenge presented by FORTUNE will be televised in the US on 25th December @ 4pm on Versus (previously known as Outdoor Life Network).

Programmes will be shown throughout Europe by ESPN Classic Sport and in the UK on Channel 4.
