First call for Last Cull

The Last Cull, a reality fishing program shot in North Bay this summer, will begin airing this weekend and continue over the next few months.

On July 5 through 10, 50 remarkable individuals hailing from various parts of North America along with television technicians, corporate executives and staff assembled in North Bay to be part of the exciting new television series known as “The Last Cull.”
Hosted by Ethan Zohn, winner of Survivor Africa (and one of the hottest television personalities in the business today), the show will premier locally on September 18th on the CHUM Media Group: The New VR Toronto (Barrie); The New RO Ottawa; The New PL London; The New NX Wingham; and The New WI Windsor
The Almaguin-Nipissing Travel Association and the City of North Bay were thrilled to be the official hosts by bringing this first of its kind event to the region. With funding assistance provided by the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation and FedNor, the 13 week series will increase consumer awareness and tourism in our region by providing prime-time television broadcast throughout Canada and the United States.
